Lost your way?

I work with executives, politicians, and busy business owners. At the beginning of our partnership, I have noticed they share a common challenge: they have lost their way!

They've veered off their intended path.

The journey back to your leadership vision starts with acknowledging where you stand and taking deliberate steps towards where you need to be. Let's embark on this journey together, laying down the stepping stones that will lead you back to your true path and reignite the passion and clarity behind your leadership vision.

We hold our leaders to high standards, expecting them to be on a mission, fulfilling the vision, steadfastly pursuing significant objectives.

As leaders, we place these expectations on ourselves too.

But all too often the wheels fall off somewhere in the busy-ness.

We get so caught up in the pushing forward that we forget where we are going.

Somehow the big end goal is lost, we can no longer see the pathway that was so clear when we stepped onto this journey. The clear vision that initially guided us fades, leaving us questioning our direction.

Sound familiar?

If this is where you find yourself, you are not alone.

And the good news is: your goals haven't disappeared; you just need to realign with your path.

Obviously this is where I insert a plug and say something like: 'call now to book in an expensive but highly effective coaching program with me, change your life, realise your goals and live happily ever after'.

But I know you came here for more than the snap of the fingers quick fix, my readers and clients know my practice is built on small incremental change, kind of like stepping stones that lead us to our powerful pathways, achieving our big dreams and goals.

To aid in this journey of rediscovery, I offer a simple exercise designed to help you reconnect with your overarching goal—the one that seems just out of reach—and clear the way for you to resume your journey with renewed purpose.

Then, if you feel the urge, reach out to me.

You know you want to.

Finding Your Path: A Roadmap Back to Your Goals

Wait, before you press play, we need to identify the problem-

Put both hands flat over your heart, one on top of the other.

Take 3 long, deep breaths

As you inhale, say: 'my problem is'

As you exhale, say: '... (insert a simple word or phrase that define the problem or blockage to achieving your big goal)...'

After the third breath, hit play, close your eyes and let your hands drop to your lap and relax.

Alright, now you can <press play>
