The original Lolly-gobble-bliss-button process


Finding somewhere quiet and comfortable, close your eyes for a few moments, regulate your breath with a few long deep breaths

When you are ready,

Step into your subconscious and allow your brain to reveal all your happiest memories, your most joyful moments.

Drop into that delicious space where all the good bits of your life are stored,

Invite the memories to come out to play, to swirl and dance with you.


Now, while your happy memories are playing, imagine you have a volume dial in front of,

Reach out and turn the dial up on the colour and sounds, see the memories as if it was happening now but brighter, more intense.

Turn that dial up again and feel the juicy emotions swelling and reaching out to play again.

Notice the sensations of happiness and joy that you are feeling now, feel into that state and allow it to fill you up.

See the memories in vivid colour, hear the exquisite sounds, taste the flavours, savour the aromas and feel the sensations on your skin.

Allow the sensations to blossom and unfurl within you.

Invite those feelings to inflate and take up all the space inside you.


Breathe in this feeling. Take a moment to be fully immersed in the bliss.


Now, take a moment to really notice how your body feels at this moment ,

Where are you feeling your bliss?

What does your bliss feel like in your body? does it have a colour our flavour?

Put both your hands on your body where you can feel the bliss at it's most intense.


What does your bliss feel like to you?

How would you describe your bliss, what words would you use?


You are now in the most heightened state of bliss.

Embed the state by visualising the words and focussing your attention on point in your body where your bliss is most present and intense.

Remove one hand, keep the other hand in place, increase the pressure

Adjust your hand position to only your index finger on your body where you feel the bliss most intensely,

Hold it there for the next few seconds or until the sensation starts to fade.



Allow the sensation to subside,

Release your index finger from your lolly-gobble-bliss-button,

Bring focus back to your breath, regulating your breath with a few long deep breaths while bathing in the bliss state.



Extending the bliss practice: 'press the button'

To enjoy the full blissful benefits: daily practice, for a minimum of 28 days.


Incorporate it into your regular routine – imagine blissfully cleaning your teeth every morning? Or twirling with irrepressible joy during your shower.


The first step is to press your bliss button on a daily basis.

That part of your body where the bliss was most intense, every day take your index finger and gently press that same spot for a few seconds up to a couple of minutes. While you press the button, breathe deeply and return to those memories and blissful sensations you created the first time. Allow your face to smile, your body to embrace the feelings of joy and happiness. Drop right back into the juicy swirls of your most favourite memories.


Take several deep breaths as you dance with the emotions and twirl with delight as the sensations wash over you. Allow your body to move and share the joy. Let your face show the unbounded happiness you are now feeling.


After a minute or two allow the sensations to fade and remove your finger.





Back in the real world

As you move through your day, bring the bliss with you.

Bring the feelings of happiness and joy into your relationships, your work and even the routine chores.


Notice what truly delights you, give it more attention and become more intentional as you engage in these activities. Consider how you could participate or pursue these activities more often.


Notice what lifts up others, what lights up the people around you? How could you make it easier for them to have more bliss in their day?


Consider your lifestyle and how you could live more intentionally, conscious of our choices that create a more positive life experience for us and our loved ones.


Live your whole life on purpose, not just the spiritual bits. How could you extend your purpose into all areas of your life. What simple changes could you make to align more closely with what you are here for.


Live with love, forgiveness, understanding, compassion, humility and harmony. Not just in our village but for ourselves. Adjust your inner and outer dialogue to express bliss not blame.
